All members and guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.

 

Disrespectful behavior, harassment, intimidation, aggressive conduct, discrimination, or inappropriate language toward other members or staff will not be tolerated. Fitness Palace reserves the right to deny access or terminate memberships in cases of misconduct.

Members must use equipment properly and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

• Return equipment after use

• Maintain personal hygiene and appropriate gym attire

• Refrain from unsafe training practices

• Do not interfere with other members’ workouts

• Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions immediately

 

Training while under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited

Fitness Palace reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, suspension, or membership termination, if policies are violated.

 

Members are responsible for their guests’ behavior. Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in loss of access without refund.
